From I-85 take Cox Rd exit in Gastonia.  Go north on Cox Rd toward the Town of Ranlo. You will make only one turn to the left once you get on Cox Rd North.  Continue on Cox Rd (which will change names several times and will go through the Town of Ranlo) until it comes to a dead end.  Directly in front of you will be a sign that reads "Spencer Mountain".  Make a left onto Spencer Mountain Rd.  St. Helen will be on the left, up a hill, about 8/10ths of a mile.
