“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Romans 10:15
Communication plays an important role in how we stay connected as a parish and share the life of our church with others. As part of the Diocese of Charlotte, we share in the larger mission of the Catholic Church to bring people closer to Christ and share His love with others. The resources below are intended to help our staff and ministry leaders communicate with parishioners in a way that reflects our faith and the welcoming spirit of OLC. From guidance on parish communications to resources that help us stay connected to the broader Church, we hope these materials will be helpful as we continue serving our parish community.

Bishop's Pastoral Vision: Everyone So Loves Jesus, We Share Him with Others
The pastoral vision of the Most Reverend Michael T. Martin, OFM Conv., Bishop of Charlotte, helps guide the mission of the Catholic Church throughout our diocese. At OLC, we share in that mission through the way we serve our parishioners, welcome others and invite people to grow in their faith. This vision is a helpful reminder that our communications are one way we can put our faith into action.
