The Ladies Guild will be raffling off five baskets starting on Sunday, November 28th and each basket will have a theme. Basket Themes: Men Women Children Kitchen Entertainment. The Raffle tickets will cost $10, or three for $25 and will be available for sale after each Sunday Mass, 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM in the Atrium of the Parish Life Center on November 28th, December 5th, December 12th and December 19th.

July 24, 1990 the National Back Catholic Clergy Caucus of the United States designated November as Black Catholic History Month to celebrate the long history and proud heritage of Black Catholics. It also marks a time to share in remembrance, the saints and souls of Africa and the African Diaspora.

Items we are in need of are as follows: Dressing/Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy (turkey or chicken, canned or bottled), Candied Yams, Cornbread Mix, Instant Mashed Potatoes, and let's not forget, a Turkey or Ham. Please be aware of expiration dates as we feed those in need. Thank you for your kindness, we are thankful to have you!

There will be no morning Weekday Mass this week due to a Diocesan Priest Retreat. Morning Weekday Mass will resume on October 11, 2021. Thank you.

This Memorial Mass will be invitation only (October 9, 2021 at 11:00 am) due to space limitations, CDC Rules and Regulations and the rise of COVID-19 cases. Although the Males Family would love to have their entire OLC Family with them during this important time, their family is very large. This Memorial Mass will be live-streamed on our OLC LIVE ON YouTube located on our main website page. Again, this will consist of only Family and close friends by invitation only.
